Delete your account and data

You can delete your account yourself at any time, no permission needed.

1. Delete inside the app

Open My account → Profile section → tap Delete account and confirm.
You are signed out at once and your profile disappears from the forum immediately.

2. What is deleted

Your profile, avatar, cover image, bio, interests and links.
The profiles of people you were texting, saved replies, and images you uploaded.
Your email and login account are removed within 30 days.

3. What we must keep

Invoices and payment records, kept for accounting rules, up to 10 years.
Anonymous statistics that cannot be linked back to you.

4. Can't open the app?

Email support@appcupid.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete account".
We verify and delete within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
