Child safety
Cupid Mate is for people aged 16 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation material.
1. Absolutely prohibited
- Images, text, prompts or questions sexualising anyone under 18.
- Grooming, befriending with intent to exploit, or asking for a child's contact details.
- The AI refuses such requests; the system blocks and records the attempt.
2. What we do when we find it
- Immediate account suspension, with evidence preserved as the law requires.
- Referral to the competent authorities where appropriate.
- Removal of the content from our servers and image storage.
3. Report it to us
- Email support@appcupid.com with the subject "Child safety" and a link to the content.
- These emails jump ahead of everything else and are handled within 24 hours.
