Community guidelines

The forum is for sharing dating stories kindly. Posting means you accept the rules below.

1. Banned content

  • Anything romantic or sexual involving people under 16.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, hate, discrimination, insults or defamation.
  • Other people's private photos without their consent; anyone else's phone number, address or ID details.
  • Impersonation, scams, spam, illegal selling, sexually explicit material.

2. Reporting and blocking

  • Every thread, reply and member has a Report action in the three-dot menu.
  • You can block a member; you then stop seeing their content.
  • Content you report is hidden from you immediately while we review it.

3. How we act

  • We review reports within 24 hours; heavily reported content is auto-hidden pending review.
  • Minor breaches: content removed with a warning. Serious or repeated breaches: account suspended, no refund.
  • You can appeal at support@appcupid.com within 14 days.
