How do I sign in?
Enter your email and we send a 6-digit code to your inbox. No password needed; if the code is missing, check spam then tap resend.
Where do I report bad content?
Every post, reply and member page has a Report action in the “…” menu. We review every report within 24 hours.
Can I block someone?
Yes. Tap Block in their “…” menu. Your blocked list lives in Account and you can unblock anytime.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account → Delete account and type the confirmation word. Your data is removed from our systems, not just signed out.
How does Pro billing work?
Pro removes the suggestion limit. Inside the iOS app purchases follow Apple's rules; on the web you pay directly.
Where do I change language?
Tap the language icon in the header. AppCupid supports 11 languages and remembers your choice.
