Terms of Service

By using Cupid Mate you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

  • Zero tolerance. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
  • Strictly prohibited: pornographic, violent, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, bullying, spam, fraudulent, impersonating or unlawful content.
  • Users can report violating content inside the app and block other users.
  • Reported content is reviewed and removed, and the offending user ejected, within 24 hours.

2. The service

  • Cupid Mate produces AI-generated reply suggestions. They are suggestions only; you decide what to send and remain responsible for the messages you send.
  • We promise no romantic outcome and do not guarantee that suggestions are always accurate or suitable for every situation.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be 16 or older.
  • One account per person. Pro accounts may not be shared.

4. Prohibited content

  • Anything romantic or sexual involving people under 16.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, coercive manipulation, or defamation.
  • Impersonation, fraud, or bulk spam.
  • Attempts to manipulate the model, exploit vulnerabilities, run large-scale automation, or bypass quotas technically.
  • We may refuse requests, throttle, or suspend violating accounts without refund.

5. Free quota and Pro

  • The free tier has a daily limit that may change to keep operating costs sustainable.
  • Pro is activated after we confirm your QR/bank transfer payment, usually within a few business hours.
  • Used time is non-refundable pro rata, except where a fault on our side left the service unusable for an extended period.

6. Intellectual property

  • You keep the rights to the content you enter and may freely use the replies generated for you.
  • The Cupid Mate interface, brand, source code, and guide articles belong to us.

7. Limitation of liability

  • The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
  • We may pause the service for maintenance or during AI provider incidents.
